The overall winner of the 2007 Cannons St.Albans Triathlon was Kieron Lewis of Team MK, in a time of 58.55. Martin Treasure presented him with his medal.

Sun 6th May 2007: The first swim of the season at Arlessey Lake. It wasn't as cold as one would expect for this time of the year!
