DUATHLON SERIES 2010 (5km run, 20 km bike, 3km run)

A 6 Race Duathlon Series held over the year.  There will be awards for the overall series winner (male and female) to be presented at the annual awards/Christmas dinner. There is no charge to paid up members of Tri-Force.  Non-members are welcome but will need to pay £5 per race to help cover costs.

All the events will be held at Sandringham School, The Ridgeway, St. Albans, over the course that has been used in years previous.

The races will start at 7:00AM. The dates below are all Saturdays. This allows for a relatively normal Saturday, and it doesn't interfere with long stuff on a Sunday morning.
